This tag option is specifically for if you'd like a tag made just for your pet. You will let me know the shape you would like and then give me the name of your pup and as much detail for the tag you would like to have made. This tag option is fun because it has a bit of the "surprise" aspect to it! It also allows me to work my magic and get my creativity juices flowing.

If you are requesting a number on the tag please note that they are added on with a label maker and put in spots to be hidden so you can not see them from the front of the tag. The number will be sealed with additional resin so it doesn’t rub off. Only one phone number
